With you all the way, twitching and resting! And hear Tyson Yunkaporta loving the focus on context. Context is ALL. Thanks for meandering down rabbit holes and coming up with this fertile post :)

I do love Tyson so much, I think sand talk was my favorite Christmas present book last year, I must have given away 5 copies and this is a good reminder to revisit. However the writer who inspired me most about context is Aiden Wachter…who says context is King ❤️‍🔥….lovely to hear from you Lizzie and hope all is well.

I have recently taken lessons on how to do automatic writing/channeling. It has been wondrous and the icing on my cake that has been baking from information shared by Clif, books by those such as Paul Selig, etc. I have finally realized we are so very creative and powerful, that throughout our known history those abilities have been demeaned, squelched and hidden over generations — kind of “bred out” of humans. These last couple of years my mantra has been: never. give. up. It can be difficult when I find myself feeling desolate and despondent, but, like you, I find the plants and trees welcome me and wrap me with love until I can find my strength. I truly hope you will find your strength with the plants and somatic practices (somatic practices — what a good idea!) Natasha. Please do not despair. You are quite special.

Thankyou, that’s very sweet and yes I will look to hope as much as possible, especially since it’s time for spring and all the hope that that brings. Glad the automatic writing is helpful for you, such a great way to move deeper from our chattering minds

will start looking at my calendar. do you have any class offerings this spring that I might set on my calendar?

Yes! We need a concrete date 😀. So far the only class I am doing is a drum class in Portland, I will be teaching how to make drums march 23. Otherwise would be happy to meet for lunch or something n Seattle

Thankyou. It was percolating for quite a while until I figured out half of what I wanted to say could be linked too!

i’ve shared it a couple times. ungovernable is apt.

Oh, I’m there, sister. They can try governing me, but it’s not gonna be so easy. :)

Reading your musings makes me want to sit around a bonfire with you and manifest shit. I’ve joined the invisible tribe of middle aged women (recently started having the hot flashes, hoo-boy!) and yes, I can feel my power growing and my appreciation for all those around me who agree to co-create this whole existence and life thing. There has never been time that I have felt more comfortable in my own skin. 💃🏻

Thanks dear and hopefully it won’t be to long before we gather around that fire as I have been a long time fan of your own heart space and musings that you substack, and know it would be a lovely night. And yes, I might not reconise readily who I see reflected back in the mirror and although it takes at least five minutes for my internal temperature to calibrate to the least external change leaving me forever too hot when I get dressed and then too cold, I have never felt more able. Enjoy the hot flashes as much as possible. Our incredible livers blowing off steam as we pull all that blood knowing back to ourselves is quite a transition

Right?!? Every time I feel one coming on, if I’m able, I stop what I’m doing and focus on the energy flowing through me and try to harness it into a manifestation or a get in a clear intention setting.

And thank you for the kind words. 🙏 wishing for a good bonfire presence in our cards.

I have been watching your perceptions and awareness blossom Natasha and truly appreciate your willingness to share with us. You may be interested in this piece by Clif High. I have found his many years of musings/teachings very thought-provoking. https://www.bitchute.com/video/PlVLd3ELmoN9/

thanks for your interest and kind words...and the link. its shocking how little we know of history so its good to fill in the gaps although as far as coming to conclusions it seems to all lead to a sense of disconnect and impotence when I think about it. I have found great relief in balancing my busy mind with somatic practices and plant love, it helps guide my actions. how do you settle your knowing into your body?

so many potent points here, Natasha. Thank you for your willingness to put these thoughts into writing. I came out of dream time recently with the words - "We all choose are own Gods." And have been pondering that sentiment ever since. Our God/s can be our religion, our government, our pharmaceuticals, our military/police, our land/soil, our weeds! Our need for authority varies considerably from one to another. I happen to have been born with Uranus in the first house so don't look to 'authority' for answers very often.

I do love your challenge to us to pay attention to our 'agreements' and to recognize this as a year to prepare for when we must come out of our underground burrows and truly plant our dreams.

Thanks for your comment Kathryn, so good to hear your thoughts as well. I have a patch on my alter that says many gods no masters which i love...how ever just wrapping my head around the gods and the universal force has been a life long journey. authority is so tricky, in all shapes and forms and trust is even trickier. Hopefully we will meet up and talk dreams sometime
