I love nettle sautéed with olive oil and garlic (the scapes work well as they can be harvested at the same time as nettle in my neck of the woods). 🌱🧄
sounds really delicious! its my favourite combo for an omelet. when Im visiting family in the uk we use the garlic scapes - is that what your referring to?
