Lovely. Our 13 year old is has had heart palpitations issues. Would you recommend Hawthorn?

Thanks Natasha, I'm just sharing your meditation with a friend who loves nature and would like to learn more about herbal medicine. I found also this lovely page on the Woodlands Trust website: https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/trees-woods-and-wildlife/british-trees/a-z-of-british-trees/hawthorn/ Maybe you have other resources, I remember you shared some previously for the chickweed meditation.

Thank you Natasha. I love your meditations inspired by nature. I feel a great need to connect with plants and trees but don't always find the inner calm to do this. This is a great inspiration and guide. However I do find it a little difficult to hear the words you are saying, and I would love to hear the guidance. Maybe bear this in mind when recording them. Thank you!

Thanks so much for the kind words! and unfortunately this recording was not my best, even though i doubled the gain when i went to publish!. what a learning curve, but a good reminder to always test the sound levels before I begin and receive the meditations. I am excited to be able to continue to offer this to my readers, so thank you so much for your feedback <3

This is beautiful. Thank you for sharing. And I’m off out now to collect hawthorn blossom to make some tinctures. ❤️

Thankyou for your kind words and happy that you are inspired to gather in the blossoms!

I do love the tincture. I use brandy - do you have a favourite blend?
