The organ that releases and holds fluids has a big impact on how the fluids flow within the system and supporting our bladder can go a long way in supporting ourselves.”

thanks for all your comments lovelies - I take your feedback deeply to heart and as promised I pulled a name out the hat (well Jimmy did) for horsetail tincture and it goes to joyce if she wants it ;) - and off course if anyone is needing or wanting tinctures without having to win the lottery feel free to contact me at sashasideways@yahoo.com
So good!!! Can't wait for a book to hold in my hands someday. As an herbal semi-amateur, I am grateful to your approach as depth.
You asked for feedback. Aquarius Gemini here says: Only thing is to separate "info" announcement stuff in your post from the actual herbal goods, i.e. here, make the horsetail piece a standalone article. That way, she doesn't get lost in the shuffle. It seems people can easier digest less online at a time. But I could be wrong! Def recommend separating topics tho. 💕
I enjoy your style, and your way of looking sideways, Sasha. Keep it up. Your life path depends on it. It is good to see you expressing in this particular way again.
'Horsetail is many, structured, unfolding, cascading, skeletal, sectional, verdant and cool.' This has already brought me blessings in your sharing. Feedback? It feels as if the sentence just quoted holds it, especially 'structured, sectional and skeletal'. And I'd love that 'unfolding' to include a specific personal encounter.
thanks lizzie - its another reminder to get deep down and personal. my next post will be all that i promise! but i will consider weaving something into horsetail.
if you cant understand why not I suggest you keep reading....something to do while i ask the plants and ancestors - my appropriately qualified peers. However i dont think they publish reputable journals on this plane so we might have to wait on that.
Hazel tree wants me to say ..... 'have you gone nuts?' 😂
Dandelion says .... it's time for a wee !
Ivy says .... give me something to hold onto
Birdsfoot trefoil says ... small is defo beautiful
Rose says ..... just open your heart
Shando says ..... What you are doing here Natasha is extraordinarily beautiful, and I await the unfolding of these petals with delight and anticipation 🙏
Can't wait to see what your experiences, musings, and writing are going to create. I for one would love to see the vulnerability of hearing about your personal journeys with plants. I deeply feel your intention here to share your wisdom. It is welcome and needed in the world.
What a delight to read. I, for one, would treasure such a book written by you. This essay reads in a familiar manner, like sitting in a plant circle with you, eyes closed, smelling, tasting & feeling whatever story a particular plant had to share. Wishing you a sharp quill and a fountain of ideas!
Look forward to your book 📕!!!

Thank you for your wisdom! 🙏🏼
love the feedback and today i will post an update and later this week the first chapter.....
because i agree it can get to much to hold. in-fact as i start writing the multiple tangents are real little imps of the mind!
I hear you! The great news is that they can be included. 🧚🏻♀️ Just as separate pieces!
Can't wait to see your imps n faeries. 🌿

will you submit this for scrutiny by appropriately qualified peers and attempt to publish in a reputable journal? If not, why not?
