Foundational Change
are you even really here?
Greetings lovelies, doing something I barely ever do, coming in with a nudge, recommendation but really a like you should pay attention and just do this.
So first off, if your getting this its probably because you met me, came to a class, picked up my writing and something in the interaction clicked. it made sense and encouraged you to be part of my particular wisdom train.
So I’m putting a little extra effort here because I need to draw your attention to a practice and more importantly a practitioner who can help shift foundational health. For you.
And typically, because we live in this over complicated demand of consumption, where we are told in increasingly clever ways what we need to consume, take in, be part of, have and own, what i ‘m passing along is basic, simple and already yours.
It’s a breath work practice and it’s a key to foundational health. For starters it actually puts you in your body.
How does it work? Well on one level it moves vitality or prana along the spine. The house of our central nervous system. Just that right there is going to change everything about how you take care of yourself.
But it is of course more than that because this particular practitioner also is well versed in energy fields, shadows and clouds, meridians and much more. So forget the fact that you cant afford this in time or money or self love, commitment etc, and give it a go. See what unfolds.
As you know I see all kinds of people with all kinds of issues running around needing fixes. I do it myself of course. And in the end I know 2 things that will change foundational health that already belongs to you. breath and movement.
